Emel Composites is a privately owned company manufacturing composite components for a wide range of industries.
INDUSTRIES
Emel Composites designs and manufactures tooling and components for Aerospace, Automotive, Satellite Communications, Marine, Training and Facsimile Structures, Motorsport and Simulation Industries.
OUR SERVICES
We offer the design and manufacture of composite components using prepreg,wetlay grp and resin infusion. We have a 5m x 2.5m vacuumed enabled oven and an 8m x 2.5m autoclave for larger projects.We also have a 3m x 1.5m and 1m x 1m autoclave for the smaller components. A dedicated trim shop with two trim booths with filter wall and down draft tables and a separate bonding room. We also have 2 large cleanrooms ready for any size project you may have.
OUR FACILITIES
Occupying a 37,000 square feet site and being located just off the A14 in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire it provides easy access to the primary motorway systems, major airports and coastal ports.
